First Time Post. Been watching and enjoying everyone's posts since late January. Definitely appreciate everyone's DD and great work in making this board such a success.

Also a large holder of shares in Phil.

Another observation about the conference call nobody mentioned: Henry was off his game from the very beginning IMO. He opened up with the Bible verses and then explained the history of his SEC violations.

His defense in regard about not needing a broker license to be a CEO was almost word for word from personal attacks that took place on ST in the last week or two.

I think Henry received the same type emails before the CC attacking him about the SEC investigation which led to his need to clear the air. Which was great for transparency. In my mind Henry was definitely upset that his character was being challenged. Of course it only got worse as the call continued with the jackasses playing their games.

Looks like we're moving forward. Great to be part of the TEAM!
