I assume that somebody was Hindu Kush. Are you certain what you're implying took place? Meaning a member of our board was the impetus behind Bhatt's paper. If in fact that's what transpired it's an even more egregious dereliction of duty on the part of JT. Lastly I've never suggested Bhatt should be held accountable for the retrospective nature of his investigatory efforts. That’s on Amarin's management and Covington.

I do not remember the name of the poster. Remember that person started posting after the Du ruling, posted for a few weeks supporting the data, then disappeared. My guess, the poster was Dr. Bhatt.

My theory is Dr. Bhatt had the information prior to the Du decision. But the company stuck to their legal strategy, and did not emphasize the Mori shortcomings. After the Du decision, company asked Dr Bhatt to get the information published and in front of the public. Hoping that it would have an affect on the appeal process.

All speculation on my part.
