Liquidmetal formulated sabot munitions have been suggested as a viable replacement for the depleted uranium sabot projectiles that are currently being used by the US armed forces. If so, big possibilities here, not including other innovative applications for LQMT technologies.

Li’s ownership and position as COB are not the only factors to consider with potential military contracts. I do not believe that the DOD would give LQMT a contract for any part that will be manufactured in China regardless of who is the CEO of LQMT.
