I guess I would have to see some form of Alternative A and Alternative B sequential fact patterns to understand how these Court filings fits into each of these, or even more alternatives. Seems like an awful lot of trouble to go through when simply keeping the stock trading would have solved so very many problems and at a tiny cost. Do you think they are smart or do you think they are stupid? I think they might be stupid.
