re: "stock trading would have solved so very many problems and at a tiny cost." ..common shareholders doesn't seem to be part of their paradigm/construct, seemingly they're only interested in their individual enrichment (allegedly)
re: "Do you think they are smart or do you think they are stupid? I think they might be stupid." ..well one could consider themselves genius level cuz they managed to make multimillions using other people's resources
(other business minds ~ there's criteria like ethics, moral obligation, integrity, long term business reputation factors, etc)
in contrast.. .you AJ seem to be thinking about, advocating on behalf of and considering the common shareholders (2 distinctly different motivations)
