In order for nwbo to relist on NASDAQ, Powers needs to clean up the issues that forced her to downlist.

Powers has already acquired a NASDAQ and a NYSE uplisting expert. The former as late as April 1st. two weeks after the March 16th. PR involving the "TLD coming months" statement.

I'm sure Powers are quite in control of the events thats going to play out after TLD.

And you're just not correct, when saying no one wants to talk about Duffy anymore. He did his scouting at NWBO and went back to report to Merck. Case closed and it was already covered on this board at that moment.

I don’t recall these things as you do. We discussed many things and certainly there was speculation, but that was not the only speculation. Duffy was there I believe only to help see if DCVax could approach cancer as a general vaccine. I think the PR’s from the company suggest he did do that as that kind of language did appear in subsequent PR’s.

No doubt eventually there was speculation that this means Merck could be interested, but never did I hear anyone credible suggest it would be before results.

As for the listing on OTC from NASDAQ, there were two reasons: 1) stock was below $1; and 2) they had an immediate need to raise money and their issuances to keep in business up to that point that year, and also to meet their contractual most favored nation clause to COGNATE caused too much dilution in too short of a period. They’d have had to have done an immediate r/s at the time, and raise cash, which NASDAQ would have blocked because it was too much dilution in too shirt of a time period and would violate a rule of the exchange. So they voluntarily left NASDAQ on that basis rather than seeking a r/s to fix the share price issue.

Getting onto a better exchange does appear to be their goal eventually, from the hiring of certain advisors, which has been noted here. But they appear to be waiting for the right time and right pricing. And I would bet that there will be some who might not want them to uplist because the increase of potential shareholders, especially the firepower of institutional investors, could very likely take some power away from certain traders now effectively making the market for these shares.

Jerry., From what I understand, Duffy was hired to help formulate the SAP. I don't see any logical correlation to expediting the release of top line data.
