I agree and the fact that Duffy went back with no additional $$$ or higher title, makes me agree with you even more.

Just to recap:

1. On September 4th Dr. Kevin T. Duffy leaves a premier BP, Merck (as Research Scientific Director in the Keytruda® program, Merck's most profitable drug...ever

2. He joins NWBO, a small biotech with no product or revenues and 6/7 employees, as Vice President, Medical Affairs and External Collaborations.

3. Around mid February, NWBO announces a ASM to take place 2 months later on April 18th:

The Company encourages shareholders to attend what should be an interesting meeting. This announcement is being made to allow shareholders time to make necessary travel plans to come to Washington.

4. Around this time, we learn Dr. Kevin T. Duffy left NWBO to return back to merck (for an offer he couldn't refuse) for the same salary/job title he had prior to leaving.

Now maybe some will believe that Duffy got on board at NWBO and realized that LP/NWBO/DCVax-L was not legit and crawled back to Merck with his tail tucked between his legs. This is possible but, imho, highly unlikely for a variety of reasons. First, the vacant position at Merck would have been filled by now (8/9 months). Second, usually when an employee goes to a potential competitor he ain't coming back unless he has some serious skills which always requires more money/higher position.

Or maybe Duffy came to NWBO to steel DCVax-L info. Ain't happening. We saw how mother Linda b-slapped Woodford (a billionaire) destroyed him. He's licking his wounds in China now. lol...after his money built the overseas organization. Surely, Duffy wouldn't have a chance.

The likely view here is Duffy was here to complete a specific objective-- to ascertain the validity of DCVax-L, period. He did his job...and now he's back to Merck. By the way, he likely accomplished his job BEFORE the ASM announcement.

Stay tuned y'all!!!!!!

He went back to his position as Research Medical Science Director and not something higher. If it was about pay, why didn't they offer more when he submitted his resignation and only now to entice him back? According to Ex, his position is one of many at his level. Something doesn't jive.
