I agree with all you are saying. Apple paid LQMT $20 million & LQMT was out of money and options at the time the deal was signed. Back against the wall!

A rescue and a poor bargaining position thing.

Alternative was LQMT bankruptcy, hence Apple could dictate any terms they wished. Without that deal we wouldn't be talking about LQMT now.
