That's how I read it also. The point I was making is that most of the Crucible IP and patents are pretty specific to Apple's needs, without many uses outside their patented applications. The rights of usage terms are perpetually renewable as I recall. It just seems that LQMT could have struck a better deal. They basically let another corporation come in and use their corporation, looted their facilities for their needs and walk out with whatever they wanted. Being that consumer electronics would've been 1 of the largest markets for their technology, seems like a raw deal for LQMT and their shareholders.
