Per the customer service rep. Stock will be restricted by TD Ameritrade if not current by August 13th. I asked if they had filed would it make a difference, he said no. Has to be current.

Hope this isn't true, but expect many to get this notice in the coming days. It will be a topic of conversation.

Agreed totally, if the company is involved in the pink current process, whether it is waiting for financial audits to be completed, or waiting for OTCQB after having applied for OTCQB uplisting (after financial audits completion), or waiting on any revisions/back and forth with FINRA, the SEC WILL NOT DELIST SUCH COMPANIES, BECAUSE THE SEC KNOWS THAT THESE COMPANIED ARE GETTING THINGS DONE AND ARE NOT SITTING ON THEIR BUTT.

So even if RGBP uplisting crosses Sept 28, 2021, (which I doubt it will), the SEC WIL NOT DELIST THEM TO GREY MARKET.
