Regen can file on Aug 12 and be current Aug 13. It is an SEC filer. And not to beat a dead horse… its undergoing a top tier audit. Right now. Undeniable.
Thousands of OTC stocks are going through the same process, at least one third of which will not make it by August 13th. As it gets closer, there got to be an extension request available to those OTCs which need additional time to get current. Extensions have been given to OTCs in the past, and I dont expect anything different this time around
The lawyer of the audit team will request for a time extension when the time comes. I would not worry one bit
