hogs... many think the market already factored this in back when a spin-off was first announced as happening (sort of a rumor situation becoming news)... prompted days of debate on the board here...
the price took a downturn then... and at the same time SPC is spun off, other ONYI assets and good will might be coming into the mix as well.
It is hard to tell just what will happen on that day so far as price fluctuations.
After the Dec. 1st deadline for the 1 for 1 dividend, I think the market has been valuating USSE without SPC. I believe USSE's support line was achieved earlier in the month and due to news releases we are at USSE's percieved value as of today. The dividend we get should be a bonus. Or, I don't know what I'm talking about. Anyone? IMO
