The company in EVERY filing has acknowledged they are "alternative reporting" and have just release a PR stating they are going full reporting. Any company can choose to be alternative reporting or be fully reporting in the OTC. The STOP sign means nothing, this company has $12M in revenues per year and multiple locations for 35 years now.
