Thanks for posting this as I was not aware of Evan Mark Levine being the CEO of both PBYA and PSYBF which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange at .375 per share and is also current with reporting/filing their financials:

Maybe there will be some kind of synergy between the two companies or maybe not. At the very least, with Evan Mark Levine being the CEO of both PBYA and PSYBF, we now know that he knows what he is doing to get a company current and to grow a company legitimately and operationally:
