The corporate structure, discussed in Article VIII, also the violation when kkr was paid directly with a buyback. kkr owns 10-20 times than the 3.7million, maybe even more....either way, why take the 100+ million for the 3.7 million shares and not wait until a settlement.....was it to pay taxes or dividends they did not receive this year.... So who is managing the corporate structure.....Lead arrangers or board or both or KKR is the mix somehow....They could post the financials but delay the payout until after the new year 2022.....we will know how this plays out very shortly.....remember coop is all commons....

I don’t know who came up with 6/30 but it was my understanding that 8/1 was the date.
