Pam you are forgetting one thing. There is No CareClix INC.

It was never approved by SEC nor Finra and was illegally changed.

The company is still Solei Systems.

I posted all of this back in early may.

Hipple listed CareClix Inc (Solei) as the Registered agent if I recall.

You should send a Certified Letter to Hipple with a return Envelope. He is illegally registering a company who’s name change was never approved by Finra. I posted all the Info where Solei even said so in the filings in Early May.

Also the company is Broke. It’s in the Form D that was filed. Scott was trying to get $50,000’in money to pay Attorneys and Accountants and hadn’t sold any stock at that point to get cash. That was in October and to last no longer then a year and the same for the August one. Also both offerings were not for a Merger or business combination. The box is even checked.

A final resort. You can easily contact one of those attorneys you see suing Stocks all the time. Just call a few of those. They would gladly I bet take this case. The stock went over $1.00 twice so there is folks with Massive losses by that BS press Release that caused all of this. There is 100% legal ramifications to justify a lawsuit.

Lastly at the bottom of the CareClix.Com Website it clearly states. Scroll to the very bottom.

It says

CareClix Network, PC provides clinical services for CareClix Inc. CareClix Network PC is an Independent Entity

So basically what they are saying is All the Dr’s and the Accounts are under CareClix Network PC a unaffiliated company to SOLI. So is exonerates them and protects All the Dr’s and CareClix PC.

The only thing Soli was getting was a tiny cut of the processing application. They have no connection to the Dr’s or Patients etc etc...

They say it right on their website. They provide to Soli the services.

So if CareClix PC stopped using Soli Software and went back to using their own technically SOLI would then be an empty Shell.

I hope this makes sense.
