I have been spending a lot of time on SOLI research, so haven’t been on the board much. Here is an update. Can’t share too many particulars, publicly. I will say that the more I dig, the more questions I have.

We have all seen evidence of new contracts. For that and other reasons, I have confidence the company is alive, well, growing, and profitable. I also believe they are very motivated to get the financials straightened out and get the company on track again--and not just because the insiders own considerable stock.

Although I have never met Charles Scott, I have learned enough that I have no doubt he will do everything he can to make sure his friends and family come out of this well. But, I don't know enough about him to have confidence that shareholders outside of his inner circle will also come out well. I am not saying that we won't. I am just saying that I don't know.

Here is my biggest issue right now. CareClix Holdings, Inc., the company that our shares are in, is now registered in Florida, as many of you already know. CareClix, Inc., which is the company that owns the software that runs all of the telehealth services, is the only subsidiary of CareClix Holdings (as per the last Financial we have seen, Y.E. 2019). CareClix Inc's registration in Virginia lapsed a couple of months ago. One would think it would be registered in Florida, but it is not. And, yes, subsidiary corporations are required to be registered.

On the other hand, two new corporations have been set up in Florida. CareClix RPM, Inc. and MyCareClix, Inc. In the 2019 financial footnotes, they mentioned a goal to expand into remote patient monitoring, which I assume is what CareClix RPM is about. We already knew about MyCareClix. Hopefully, they are new subsidiaries of CareClix Holdings, but we don't know. They may be set up as independent companies, like CareClix Network.

So, you can see why I have questions. Where is CareClix, Inc., and what is the relationship with the new companies? If anyone can help me unravel this, I would be grateful. If anyone lives near Melbourne, FL, I hope you will contact me.

It is my intention to make sure, whatever the company's plan is, that they do not leave shareholders behind. I say, I, but I really have to give credit to a group of people who have provided information and encouragement. It is a group effort. It still remains to be seen if we will be successful, but I feel that we are on the right path, using the law to obtain the answers we seek.
As I have said before, this is not a mission to harm the company. At this point, it is a fact finding mission, after which we can determine the best course of action. While I am cautiously optimistic at this point, I believe it is best to find out what they are really doing, before it is too late to take any action.

A few weeks ago, I accidentally posted my phone number publicly. This time, I am doing it intentionally, in case anyone wants to contact me.
