Ok and then the result of such an action would then destroy shareholder value and the percived value they thought they were getting by doing so. Until we see the deal is signed there's time to remedy a mistake or put forth reasoning to shore up the merit of their decision.

So even at 5 cents this scam is down over 66% from its 52 week high.
