Vintage1776, from my understanding...

From my understanding, the shares will be immediately issued and immediately counted towards the GGII OS upon the deal closing or very soon afterwards based on how the PR was worded.

I'm confident that the shares will be restricted so they won't be hitting the market anytime soon, but because the shares will be issued, it kills any kind of fair to good valuation that would exist from them growing their operations because the OS would immediately grow to such a huge number to actually exist. The valuation of a stock is predicated upon its OS and not its Float.

I'm hoping these guys are smart enough to see this and go back and restructure the deal. I'm sure these guys got to be wondering why the price has dropped from their high of .16+ per share to where it's at now.

Heck, after going back just now to read the PR again, it stated that shareholders representing 97.9757% of Hempacco's outstanding shares have signed the share exchange agreement, and Hempacco expects that the remaining Hempacco shareholders will sign the share exchange agreement in the coming days. It sounds like it's a done deal.

Maybe they have some investors behind the scenes that don't understand these things that might be supporting them. Because of such, it still can move, but it will do so not based on fundamental merit.
