Marjac, What do you make of the section that state's? "Nothing in this court's precedent precludes making a determination of obviousness and then evaluating whether secondary considerations overcome that determination." To me that would contradict the precedent set in Graham.

Marjac, no matter how well Hikma wrote, how could that writeup hide the fact that there exists that Procedural Error in the verdict given by Du? Will that not be obvious to the SC?? Lets see how it goes. Thanks for your response.
