Lived in NJ & we had the system installed & cost a couple hundred. If she likes the house, just have it put in and keep the data sheet they will give from the 48 hr measurement. There are radon hot spots all over the place and some have such a small reading it doesn’t need any action. That should be done by the seller after the house inspection & put on the sales agreement.
