I don't think she was provided inside information.

It sounds like she was provided a theory that changed her viewpoint on the company relating to who owns the most shares, and who has the most to gain, or lose from completely going dark and not tradeable.

If everything per the last updates from the company hasn't changed, then we know they are working through financials.

I personally am not selling my shares despite the lack of information/transparency. I think there is a lot going on, and I'm also seeing the same delay in financials from multiple OTC companies currently as they all rush to become current per the new OTC/SEC rules.

There is a lot of demand right now, and I suspect eventually we will see something here.

For those that can't wait, you might want to sell before buyers can no longer buy CE stocks, then you'll be stuck with a 100% loss. I am bidding for more.

I appreciate your advice. I do trust the the person who called me and believe they were good-intentioned, but I agree it is wise to be cautious. I certainly would not want to lead any other investors astray.

For myself, if I sell now, I would be writing off most of my investment. So it is not a hard decision for me to hold longer for a chance of not only recouping my losses but also gaining a profit. For others, it may be different, so they will need to decide for themselves.

However, I do believe we have reason to be hopeful. Maybe not $20-$30 hopeful, but I do think $4-$5 next year is a reasonable expectation, assuming my information is accurate and the company can get off the greys. My expectation is also supported by some of the contracts we have been seeing the last few months. This company has been growing, in spite of everything.
