Your integrity or motives are not in question as far as I'm concerned. Both are right on.
I would caution you, and others however on those behind the curtain and with there hands on the knobs.
If "we", as a collective, are seeking counsel regarding how to get the company to be transparent, are we not doing/playing the same games as the company by protecting any individual(s) with inside information and association with the company?
I would prefer information come directly from the company (which I gathered was your desire also) and give yourself some protection.
The information you did provide, from this individual, alluded to, in my opinion, to hold onto shares of SOLI. That advice could be beneficial to some on the inside, and not so beneficial to others on the inside. I'd hate for you to be a pawn.
The good news is that obviously someone close to the Company reads this board!
