Risk, you have no clue if he got it right. Summary judgment is this week. Sethboy never actually said the Russian contract was a fraud, he just suggested it. He never said the stratellite was a sham, he just called SanswireII a "blimp" over and over, no matter how many times he was corrected. His articles were full of half-truths and misinformation about Hotzone, financials, etc., never objectively reporting about the the stratellite, Hotzone, etc., truly one-sided hatchet jobs.

I notice he has been awfully quiet since the SEC got involved, though. I was waiting for his usual totally ignorant hit piece after the most recent SanswireII outdoor testing, but he remained silent. Thought I read somewhere he had been fired, but since I never read the MF, I wouldn't know (or care).
