I was too but Seth rarely ever comments on a pink sheet stock as it's no longer worth following. Motley Fool surely doesn't write articles on pinks either so it would definately be a personal vendetta for seth to write a public article now on a pink sheet stock. (I may be wrong about the mf/seth writing about pinkies but I've never ever seen an article by them on one and like I said before I despise mf/seth and always have, second in their nature only to cramer.

As far as being fired, I don't know or care either but I'll check and see just for snits and giggles.

There will not be a summary judgement this week dude, the hearing for the motion won't be heard until 03/22/07 so you can expect nothing until that date except one side attempting to continue past that date.

It really doesn't matter at this point. To this date GTEM has done absolutely nothing to disprove what Seth has said regarding the Internafta deal (or anything else he has said for that matter). Since that is the case GTEM does not (and IMO never will) have a case for pressing slander/libel suits against anyone...Except of course against themselves.
