Biggest "huge" issue here is that Gert did not respond to the SEC when they contacted him about VIBI DELINQUENT PERIODIC FILINGS?? Should have told the SEC "I'm working on it" back in December 2020. WTF!!! He was warned about the suspension & we weren't!!!
