Biggest "huge" issue here is that Gert did not respond to the SEC when they contacted him about VIBI DELINQUENT PERIODIC FILINGS?? Should have told the SEC "I'm working on it" back in December 2020. WTF!!! He was warned about the suspension & we weren't!!!

After an investigation, the Division of Enforcement alleges that:

filings with the Commission, has repeatedly failed to meet its obligation to file timely periodic
reports, and failed to heed a delinquency letter sent to it by the Division of Corporation Finance
requesting compliance with its periodic filing obligations.
