Correction:
in my previous post, I said it was the new defendants, Softbank and SoFI who were sanctioned by the judge.

It was actually the original defendants, Joseph Chen and OPI, who were sanctioned and ordered to repsond by Monday at 5pm.

Thanks for the link and the information. I'm not used to reading US legal proceedings, but it seems even to my tone-deaf ears that the judge was not best pleased?
