The new defendants are basically SoftBank and SoFi bank, and the judge was not happy that defendants had failed to provide information relating to proceeds of stock sales to Plaintiffs, who had previously filed a show cause motion relating to the sales.
After the judge became angered at new Defendants' lawyers, he granted the order of attachment, and ordered Defendants to produce a sworn affidavit by Monday at 5pm, showing location of shares and/or proceeds.
Good day for RENN shareholders in the effort to get back the SoFi shares value.
