I hear you Utah and I agree but it poses the question: Why not come out with it? He is intentionally keeping very quite to what end? Surely he didn't dilute himself and start a whole other shift without the deal being done right? So if the ink is dry then why don't shareholders know about it? It is without question material information. It just seems weird to "slow play" it and then drop an atomic bomb at earnings. Maybe he was waiting to options to come out? I dont know. I think they have a huge contract for sure. But why not PR it and send share price to the moon and then have a big Q1 to bump it up again?
