I work for DoD, basically prgm mgt for a fielded weapon system. I have seen contracts for “done deals” slip many months, in a recent case over a yr past expected timeline to get contract inked where there was only one accepted bidder. It is frustrating to say the least to watch the snail pace of this process. Last yr was definitely slowed by the plague. No one can utter any words as the contract can be disputed. That adds 6 to 18 months of clearing new hurdles. I hope this is the case and Bob pushed this qtr report to the right as far as possible. I have zero insight on any virtra contracts, but that is a real possibility. I certainly hope so.
