That could be one of the many reasons why Kraft couldn't make good on the commercialization of the CHS stuff when associated with NDSU? It takes time and Money and CRTG surely did not have the money and/or the Contractual time with NDSU, that was running out too?

Same tired line of crap you've been spouting forever. Maybe you could share all the other reasons Kraft was unable to make good. Maybe you could just show us in the contract what the time constraints on any agreement were? Anything factual to back this up? Your whole premise is built on a belief that NDSU has something, and it is apparent that they do not.
