The most important fact about the share structure which you failed to mention is the 2 billion AS. With pennystocks, you really have to assume that all those authorized shares will become outstanding. Under that assumption, with the mediocre revenues we are seeing, this really isn't intrinsically worth more than a few cents (being very generous with a market cap of 100 million or so.)
I think the stock is bottoming now, and will probably rally to 5 or even 6 cents. I will sell the millions that I am buying now at that point, absent stunning news.
