here are the facts about share structure:

1. Insiders cannot sell shares below 12.8 cents
2. The 6 million dollar funding was done at 7 cents
3. Due to the drop in PPS the subsequent warrants was at 4.5 cents

With that said at some point the selling will stop because any selling is at a loss and most investors in the OTC are flippers and the just follow the trends so if it is going down they will be selling thinking it will continue.

Once we have reached a so called BOTTOM and the stock gets back on an uptrend then buying will come in. 80% of the buyers are trend buyer or sellers and we have seen the selling side of the trend.

News would be great once we reach the bottom and start up trending that will turbocharge the move up.
