I did not miss that why do you think we dropped down here, but those shares are irrelevant since the minimum selling will be the execution of the warrants at 4.5 cents and that is not in near future. Hell at 4.5 cents I am in great profits. The insiders will be foolish not to bring this up to where they can sell their shares at 12.8 cents.

I do admit some of the moves by the company increasing the share structure was beyond me.

time will resolve all
