Juries can do any damned dumb thing, especially in technology cases they have zero understanding of and an inability to comprehend the issues and the applicable law. Which is why nothing counts untii the CAFC decides in complex patent cases.
In this case it will likely be BOTH the CAFC and the Third Circuit. Everything before that is meaningless foreplay.
