I like the..."even if Billy gets a nickel"... part that shows the possibility of Carter winning the case. Great! The second part... "shareholders will not see a penny" has no merit since there is no proof to support the claim especially when trial hasn't even started yet!

even if Billy getts a nickel, UOIP shareholder/victims will nott see even a penny of it.
