Iryokabu I agree with everything you said. “Do you think they will wait additional couple of months to announce the results? People may die unnecessarily in the meantime.” Unfortunately I do. They know the results for treating inpatient severely ill COVID pts and they sure sound like they are celebrating BUT they have chosen to withhold the top line results. Yes, this will cost lives but I believe they think that in the long term it will be better because it will maintain the integrity of the trial and of their research institution’s reputation.
