I am still puzzled that RICHARD ST. JULIEN has, AFAIK, never been sentenced for his FNRG crimes, even though co-CONspirators have been and indeed have already finished their sentences.

I have knott looked at his case on PACER for a cuppla/few years, and Im too lazy to find it now, butt although he served time in DaFeduroolPenn in the late 1980s/early 1990s, he has, AFAICT, never received even a day in prison or on probation for FNRG.

I find that very odd. Does anybuddy know what went on here? Why RICHARD ST. JULIEN seems to have walked away free of Scots from FNRG and his indictment based thereupon?
