Richard St. Julien was Indicted for the ForceField Energy scam in 2015.

He was involved in lots of stock scams and was very close with Caroline Winsor (aka Caroline Meyers aka Caroline Danforth), who got Indicted for securities fraud in 2014.

Word was that Windsor cooperated and got a lot of people busted (possibly St. Julien and Phil Kueber among others).

Eventually, St. Julien and Windsor's good buddy William Scott Lawler also got busted.

I've never looked at MEIL for skeletons, but St. Julien being a former VP and CLO for the company isn't a good start.
