George Sharp - GVSI - now custodian

George Sharp
@GeorgeASharp
I am now the custodian of $GVSI.

Now comes the tricky part - finding a company that even wants to be put in there given the past problems with FINRA and the on going(?) litigation with the SEC.

A rubber stamped custodialship awarded is one thing - dealing with it after is another.

re: the MEIL custodianship. It appears that George once again overlooked some things.

David Cutler (who was involved in GVSI with Randall Lanham before Sharp filed for custodianship of that shell) filed for custodianship of MEIL in Clark County (Case #A-20-815390-B) on May 22, 2020 (image #1 below).

Cutler voluntarily dismissed the action on June 19, 2020, days after service of Han Swoong Ng (the MEIL director) came back as processed (image #2 and image #3 below).

That dismissal was followed soon after by Han Swoong Ng and Johann Loewen bringing the Nevada business entity for MEIL back to "active" status (image #4 below).

I'm not sure why George expects a different outcome considering that MEIL is still an active Nevada business entity.

WRIT already contested that custodianship and it looks highly, highly likely that George will run into another fight with MEIL. Only with MEIL, George can't spin it as "a good thing" like he tried to do with WRIT since MEIL is already active at the Nevada SOS and isn't required to do any SEC filings after it de-registered its stock in 2017.

As far as GVSI goes, I'm not super surprised that GVSI never responded to that petition since we found that FINRA would not allow any corporate actions for GVSI because of there being too many red flags in its past. I guess we'll see if Sharp ends up hitting the same dead ends with GVSI that Lanham and Cutler ran into.

One final note is that I find the MEIL volume in April leading up to the George Sharp custodianship to be very interesting. It sure appears that on all the George Sharp custodianships information is getting leaked out ahead of the actual petitions being filed, allowing certain group and individuals to profit illegally.
