Yes, Cutler had the sense to realize the company still had officers who'd fight him, and so had the sense to drop his petition.

Ng and Loewen are current officers, and have, in fact, been officers since the company's inception. See the S-1 MEIL filed in 2009:

The following table sets forth information regarding our current directors and executive officers, followed by a brief biography of each individual:

Laporte has been a director and our President, Treasurer and Secretary since Methes International was incorporated on June 27, 2007. Mr. Laporte has many years’ experience in the world of international finance as a consultant, advising companies on domestic and international financing matters with a focus on structuring global portfolios that include investment products in various currencies and that cover multiple asset classes. Mr. Laporte also serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of SunSi Energies Inc., and provides consulting services to World Asset Management Inc., a shareholder of the company, on an ongoing basis.

Kébir Ratnani, Director. Mr. Ratnani has been a director of Methes International since September 2008. Mr. Ratnani holds a Diploma in Management & Marketing from the Institute of Gas Technology in Chicago, Illinois and an M Sc. A. and a B.Sc. A. in Chemical Engineering from Laval University in Quebec, Canada. Mr. Ratnani possesses 30 years of experience in the natural gas, electricity, wind energy, waste water and water sectors. Since 2000, Mr. Ratani has been employed by SNC-Lavalin International, one of the leading engineering and construction groups in the world and a major player in the ownership of infrastructure and in the provision of operations and maintenance services, as a Senior Vice-President. He is responsible for water, energy and infrastructure projects in Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Mr. Ratnani also serves on the Methes International Advisory Board. Mr. Ratnani serves as a director of Sofame Technologies Inc. and SunSi Energies Inc.

Daniel Julien, Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Julien has been our Chief Accounting Officer since since Methes International was incorporated on June 27, 2007. Mr Julien holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Accountant Science from the University of Quebec in Montreal. From October 2003 to October 2007, Mr. Julien was employed by Terra Nostra Technology Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and also served as a director.

Why does George think he can ask to become custodian of a currently active company? The next annual list is due in June, and I'll bet the MEIL officers will be sure to file it, and to pay their fees.

I need to make one correction to this post.

GVSI was M Richard Cutler, an attorney with a long penny stock history from Texas.

https://www.cutlerlaw.com/attorneys/

The failed MEID custodianship was David J Cutler, a CPA from Colorado with a long penny stock history.

Two different Cutlers.

From my notes from 2017 about David J Cutler:

David J Cutler (aka David J C Cutler aka David John Cutler aka David Colin Cutler aka David John Colin Cutler) is a certified public account from the Denver area that became involved in quite a few shell hijackings starting around 2006. Most of his Colorado hijackings he does using custodianship filings with the Jefferson County court system.

David J Cutler has a masters degree from St. Catherine College in Cambridge, England where he became qualified as a British Chartered Accountant and as Chartered Tax Advisor before moving to Colorado and earning his executive MBA from Colorado State University. Cutler became a licensed CPA in Colorado in 1998.

From 1999 until around 2006, Cutler ran a few Real Estate businesses with William Bronchick. In 2009, Cutler turned one of those entities into his accounting business.

William Bronchick, who is also a licensed attorney, was named in an SEC Complaint in 2017 for running a Real Estate scam in which he bilked elderly victims out of $785,000. The SEC said that Bronchick sucked his victims in through his website at legalwiz.com.

A few of the Colorado entities that were hijacked by David J Cutler include SIGO, USNR, DCGD, CPMD, SWWE, NDYN, VTXB, SGBY, NHMD, and OPMZ. No doubt there are others but tracking down hijacked shell can be time consuming.

6 of those shells hijacked by Cutler through the Colorado court system (NHMD, VTXB, EVIO, OPMZ, NDYN, and SIGO) ended up being sold to Joseph Wade Mezey or very close associates of Mezey at Mezey's direction.
