Her appeals have done nothing to hold anything up or be of importance. It has only shown the desperation of her coming to the table at the eleventh hour to see if she can pressure them in a payoff. So far every judge has seen through the bs and denied the process the judge walrat has set in motion. Close the bk 12/2019. Close wmiLT, 3/19/2021. I do not care what the underwriters get.... they get paid we get paid. Think of the long years we have waited, the people that have passed because of how long it has taken....seriously it is no longer about an ambulance chaser who waited five years to do something.
