Look again.... the securities received assume the character of the exchanged securities

Unfortunately it is not a SEC filer and only files via an upload via the OTC Link. We are not sec attorney's....and given all the conflicting shite' I have seen regarding rule 144 et al....well...it's the same as tax laws.

I would suggest that their attorneys provided guidance. But let's get real....there are not that many trading days apart from either date....lol.

It will be the small timers banking what they can anyway.

I suspect they may have done it to avoid having to split the pref conversion ratio...with the RS.

I think if crypto market crashes FOOTE has a whole other problem to deal with. Launching right at the top of what was probably a bubble is going to be pretty upsetting for those tat also sunk more money into the blocks. Especially if any problem with the app pops up like previously. Somehow some are thinking a robot will save them from losing money.
All those backloaded returns they were advertising will appear very misleading once Block investors look at their accounts.

Hope Weight is up for the trading job on the actively traded blocks he is handling. A Crypto crash can cause plenty of damage if he missteps.
