This garbage scam is being illegally WASH TRADED by the TWITTER and FACEBOOK crowd.
The SEC with a special task force from the FBI are watching these garbage scams like RGBP and are taking approriate action. In fact just two weeks ago charges were laid against a proliifc TWITTER and SOCIAL media internet blogger such illegal trading and pumping activity.
One of the biggest offenders of illegal fraudulent trading in tickers like RGBP in ROBINHOOD was charged and fined by the SEC just on FRIDAY for 65 million dollars.
