Regarding the 8k/Zander: preferred shares.. The reason Zander not giving back preferred is there is a good chance of dividends. 15yr licensing deal already in place. Let’s say .005 for every share. That’s about $1,000,000 per year in dividends. Think about it $RGBPP...that is why ZANDER is not cancelling conversions...CEO owns Zander as you know....separate books.
