I did not call FDIC. Someone posted on this board a number to call Libor office for Info.I only called that office.They told me WAMU was not a participating bank, they sent me papers etc about litigation.I am not in any group just read this board in free time. I wish every one gets orignal + interst ASAP. I dont know what JMW ment with F&R for me this is Fair and reasoable.
