Ray_137 ....here again the current original FDIC statement on Libor.
PART OF THE QUOTE:

"........P.S. As far as your inquiry regarding Washington Mutual being the beneficiary in any “LIBOR litigation” is concerned … I don’t have an answer for that. If the receivership is a beneficiary of that litigation (as you say), then any cash award that might come from that would probably be forwarded to the Receiver in order to increase its assets available for payment toward the receivership’s outstanding liabilities......"

END OF QUOTE: SEE FULL POST HERE.

IMO, no Libor recovery for Nationstar, WMI, WMIH, COOP, escrows etc.
but DOJ, FDIC, FRB, FED States,......yes, for sure. Not in the Billions $ for
"the receivership’s outstanding liabilities". Maybe these will not see a cent from Libor, too.
Bast......s ! Cro...s ! Take a look at the actual financial reports from US banks like BOA, WF, CITI, especially JPM....Libor penalties ? Ha.....

Good luck to you & hm with that.
You asked the FDIC the wrong question, imo.
