If there are buyout plans, do they happen before or after AVXL publishes results? Seems to present a bit of a dilemma. If buyout offer too soon then maybe they misjudged the quality. If buyout offer after good news then they get to pay a lot more.
How does a priceless MOA get bought fare and square anyways? Won't they just try to steal the IP? What happens to sp in the meantime?
