Best to check with the NYSE to see if they would even consider an application from a company that had never qualified or traded on any 'exchange' before?

In an uplist situation like that trading is generally immediate. That said, mentioning NYSE on a board for a stock like NDTP is quite a stretch.

The small volume is longs bid sitting cheap to stress test any sellers to see if they will lower asks in Volume.

It is and has been cycling for months.

I do not expect a trade halt on the uplist day if that is your question?

The big news will be an SEC S-1 or 1-A with an audited 10-K that takes
NDTP into the fully audited, fully SEC reporting category and over night up list to NYSE.

They have over 475 mil dollars in Book asset value now, at the share price and market cap for direct 1-A uplist to NYSE.

IMO yes, March 31st is a perfect date for them do it, or by April 15th.

"Are we on the cusp of the uplist (finally)?"

Those would be the dates they would try to file and uplist.
